Hello rama;

What has happened to your local backup for your server? What kind of disaster has destroyed both your server and your on network backup?

The repair process is taking longer than expected but it should be done soon.

my file is backup from whm/cpanel
since last month until now, my file backup on olbiz not save! all my data lost on your server!
bad service! and now what! i need file backup last month to restore my cpanel!

if this not solve soon, i want to refund my money, and go out from your service

Please refer to our Terms of Service http://cloudstorage.olbiz.net/terms-of-service/ that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for the service.

Paragraph #4: "You must keep a working backup copy of everything you have on the server. On Line Business Network may not be able to restore lost data from our backup system and is NOT responsible for any lost data."

This was designed to be sure that you had backup data available at all times, local and / or remote. If you are maintaining a working backup of what you have on our server, restoration of your whm/cpanel should be simple.

If you would like another account to add data to, just let me know your preferred username and password (different than current username and password) and we can set it up for you as soon as possible.

Hello rama;

Yes, the sync process is taking much longer than I would like also.

You may want to use your old account (with username: **********) while this is in process.

Due to the size of accounts on these shared servers, these maintenance windows can be long for a few customers. Six customers are held up at this point.

Six customers is certainly not bad considering the thousands of customers on the system but I understand - when you are one of the six - it seems like an eternity.

Your files should be fine once the sync is completed - as they are in your old account.
